Lucas Sr, Timothy D.

Timothy D. Lucas is the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Outreach Ministries International located in Dumfries, Virginia. Pastor Lucas is recently retired from the United States Marine Corps as a First Sergeant after serving 21 years of honorable service. Pastor Lucas has served in various areas of ministry in the church throughout the years; which include Assistant Pastor, Minister of Music, Worship Leader, Choir Director, President of Men's Department, Sunday School Director/Teacher, and Youth Leader. Pastor Lucas acknowledged his call to preach the gospel in 1998.
