The author writing under the pen name Baron R.W. Louis, B.P.S. Retired Generalist was born in Washington D.C. 1951. Father a WW II Pacific threater veteran and his father's half age wife. The author spent the first third of his childhood as a nomad being moved all over the lower forty-eight states, due to his father's circumstances.
