Loos, Alexander

Dr Alexander Loos is a partner with Hogan Lovells LLP in its Corporate Practice Group Dusseldorf. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate advice for the energy industry. He also has considerable experience as counsel and arbitrator in M&A disputes. After legal studies at the Universities of Marburg and Munster, he was admitted to the German Bar in 1978 and commenced his career at the Dusseldorf office of one of Germany s major domestic firms.
