Lonergan, Joe

Joe Lonergan, the author is a Canadian of Irish ancestry who was born and resides in Quebec City. Having retired from teaching in high school for thirty five years, he is currently the president of a local cultural group called Irish Heritage Quebec. Throughout his life he has taken his Irish roots very seriously.
