Lim, Chin

Chin Lim is an international lawyer and former trade negotiator. He is currently Professor of Law at the University of Hong Kong. His most recent publications include The Trans-Pacific Partnership: A Quest for Twenty-First Century Agreement (Cambridge University Press, 2012, with Elms and Low).
