Tony Ghaye Cert Ed, BEd (Hons), MA (Ed), PhD, is the Founder and Director of a social enterprise called Reflective Learning-International. He is currently involved in a number of funded European projects that aim to improve lives and livelihoods through the use of PAAR (Participatory and Appreciative Action and Reflection). Sue Lillyman MA, BSc (Nursing), RGN, RM, DPSN, PGCE(FAHE) is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Worcester and has co-authored numerous texts on reflective practice.
