Alfredo de la Casa was born in London but grew up in Spain. Author of ten other books, and winner of the prestigious Gourmand award, he works as journalist for The Guide of Vietnam (the bestselling and biggest lifestyle magazine in Vietnam), and freelances for two other life style magazines.
