I have been in new and used vehicle sales and management for over 35 years. I started in sales and after about six years, with a good understanding of the business, I became a used car manager. I then moved up to business manager, or as it's called at most dealerships, finance manager and the slang term in the business is F & I manager (finance and Insurance) and did that for about fifteen years. I was responsible for vehicle lease and finance documentation, closing deals, subprime credit financing and selling insurances, (licensed by the state of Ohio). I also sold warranties and earned bank
