Levy, Santiago

Santiago Levy is former General Director of the Mexican Social Security Institute. Prior to that, he served as Mexico's Deputy Minister of Finance, and main architect of "Progresa-Oportunidades"— Mexico's incentive-based health, nutrition and education program for the poor.
