Robert J. Levy's work has appeared in Poetry, Paris Review, Georgia Review, Southern Review, Gettysburg Review and many other magazines. He has published two previous full-length collections, Whistle Maker (Anhinga) and In the Century of Small Gestures (Defined Providence) as well as six chapbooks. He is a past NEA Fellowship winner, has won multiple awards from the Poetry Society of America, and has held residencies at both Yaddo and The MacDowell Colony. He lives in New York City with his wife and children where he works as an editor and writer.
