Levitt, Cyril

Cyril Levitt is the chair of the Committee on Prejudice of the IPA. He trained at the Toronto Institute of Psychoanalysis and chairs its Library and Archives Committee. For thirty six years he has been a professor in the Department of Sociology at McMaster University and is a past chair of that department. He is the Director of the Lawrence Krader Research Project at McMaster University. Prof. Levitt is also a psychoanalyst in private practice in Toronto.
