Leuschen, Lawrence Richard

Leuschen was born in Montana the youngest of 10 children. He is a veteran of the Korean war and a graduate of the University of Montana at Missoula. He continued his education and earned his Masters degree in Counseling from Chapman College. He is now a retired Juvenile Hearing Officer of the Sacramento Superior Court.
