Paul is a New England native hailing from Massachusetts and now resides in Panama with his wife Luccia. He is a retired Housing Director for the Department of Defense. A disabled Army Veteran of the Vietnam war. He enjoys reading, writing, bird watching, beach combing and Metal detecting. He is an avid student of life and Spiritual growth.
