Leiter, Ben

Ben Leiter is an award winning former city manager of seven cities who holds a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs and a Master of Public Administration. The International City Management Association appointed him to official U.S. delegations to West Germany, Poland and Japan. Happily married to a beautiful native of Peru, they have three adored children.
