Leeds, Anthony

Leeds is Senior Lecturer in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at King's College London. He graduated in medicine from the Middlesex Hospital Medical School, London, in 1971. He conducts research on carbohydrate and dietary fiber in relation to heart disease, obesity, and diabetes, continues part-time medical practice, and is a member of the European Assoication of Scientific Editors.
