C.C. Lee is a Research Program Manager at the national Risk Management Research Laboratory of the U.S Environmental Protection Agency in Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition, he is currently the Chairman of the Executive Steering Committee for the National Technical Workgroup on Mixed Waste Treatment. He initiated and served as the Chairman of the First and Second International COngress on Toxic Combustion Byproducts (ICTCB) in 1989 and 1991.
