Lean, Frank

Frank Lean is the pen name of the author of eight crime novels which are available on Amazon and of the Peter Scattergood series. One of his crime novels 'The Reluctant Investigator' was a runner -up for the Gold Dagger of the UK Crime Writers Association. Frank is a former teacher and his experience in schools comes through in the Peter Scattergood stories.
