"Donna L. Leach Ed.D., MT(ASCP)" is Associate Professor and Chair of the Clinical Laboratory Science Department at Winston-Salem State University. She received her BS in Medical Technology and BA in Chemistry from Rhode Island College, her MS in Management from Troy State University and Ed.D. in Higher Education from Texas Tech University.
