Larry LaVoie was born in a small town in Oregon and spent the better part of his life in Oregon. He has lived in several small towns in Oregon and along the Oregon Coast. He now lives, with his wife Anna, in the high desert country of Eastern Oregon and on the Oregon coast. When he's not writing he likes golf and bowling and has participated in several bowling tournaments over the past several years.
