I began investing in property to rent in the UK in 1972. My journey has been an interesting one and has involved me in all aspects of the business. Apart from renting and managing my own properties I have worked, for 25 years, to help to make the private rented sector (PRS) a place where tenants want to live and where landlords can thrive.
