Gail Larson is a math teacher who is dedicated to creating opportunities for young readers, their parents, and their teachers to interact with the amazing world of mathematics. Larson holds a bachelors of science degree in math education from Purdue University and a masters of science degree in math education and teacher leadership from Illinois Institute of Technology. She particularly enjoys teaching math through the animals at Zipper Zoo, which inspired her children's book, The Magic of Circles. The author lives with her family in the Midwest.
