Edie Landau was born and raised in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She received her B.A. in Education from Wilkes University. Some thirty years later, she enrolled at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, where she secured a Juris Doctorate Degree. She is currently a member of the State Bar of California. Landau's background is extremely varied. Together with her producer husband, the late Ely Landau, she was involved in the production of many celebrated motion pictures, including LONG DAY'S JOURNEY INTO NIGHT (Academy Award Nomination, Best Actress-- Katharine Hepburn), THE PAWNBROKER (Academy
