Kelly Lambrakis is an editor, writer and a health food enthusiast. She is a widow and has three young boys, living in Southern California. She has always loved spending time in the kitchen. Her mother taught her how to cook at a very young age. As a little girl, they loved making favorite recipes together, including homemade treats for family and friends to enjoy.
