Nancy Lambert has written 15 critically-acclaimed cookbooks to date for leading publishers in Europe, U.S.A., Canada, Australia, and the Far East. Nancy draws inspiration for her recipes from her home on England's Suffolk Heritage Coast. Nancy enjoys cooking, bird watching, and hiking along the shores of her beautiful county. She lives in the picturesque town of Woodbridge with her husband and two children.
