Kusterer, Janet

Janet Kusterer is an Ellicott City local and author of Arcadia's Ellicott City: Then and Now. She has also written pieces on the community as a feature writer and columnist for the local newspaper, The View from Ellicott City. Additionally, she serves as the executive director and former president of Historic Ellicott City, Inc.
