Kurland, Justine

Justine Kurland was born in 1969 in Warsaw. Her work has been exhibited solo at the Museum of Contemporary Photography in Chicago, the Institute of Contemporary Art in Philadelphia, and Gorney Bravin + Lee in New York, and in recent group shows at White Cube in London. The Czech National Gallery for Contemporary Art in Prague, and the Contemporary Museum in Baltimore, "Spirit West, a monograph on her work, was published in 2002 by Coromandel Press.
