Brian Allen, PsyD, a clinical psychologist, is Director of Mental Health Services at the Center for the Protection of Children at the Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at the Penn State Hershey College of Medicine.
