ROBIN KRAMAR is Professor in Human Resource Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia. Robin has a special interest in understanding and improving the position of women in the labor market. For more than 30 years she has been researching women in the labor market, equal employment opportunity, and developments in diversity management.
