About the Author Diane Kovacs is a reference Librarian/Assistant Professor at Kent State University. In addition, she is the editor-in-chief of the Directory of Scholarly Electronic Conferences and the Electronic Journal on Virtual Culture and the co-moderator of Libref-L (Discussion of Library Reference Issues) and GovDoc-L (Discussion of Government Documents Issues). Kovacs writes and speaks frequently on Internet resources, and teaches many workshops on using Internet resources for research.
