Kossek, Ellen

Ellen Ernst Kossek is a professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Michigan State University's Graduate School of Labor & Industrial Relations. She also has a joint appointment in the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State and is on the Board of the Institute for Children Youth and Family. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Yale University, an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, and an A.B. in psychology (cum laude) from Mount Holyoke.
