Dr. Emmanuel Konde is currently an Associate Professor of History at Albany State University. He obtained the Ph.D. degree from Boston University in 1991, specializing in African History, Modern European History, and United States Foreign Relations. Emmanuel has taught at Tuskegee University, Morris Brown College, Morehouse College, Spellman College, and Clark Atlanta University. A 1998-1999 Fulbright Scholar to Africa, Dr. Konde taught history courses at the University of Buea in Cameroon and conducted research on women and politics there.
