Kohav, Alex Shalom

Alex S. Kohav, PhD, is a philosopher working at the convergence of metaphysics, phenomenology, epistemology, and philosophies of mind, language, and religion. His current research engages topics such as agency, self-consciousness, metaphysics of being and the self, categorization, and mystical alteration of consciousness. Kohav has taught courses on consciousness at the Liverpool John Moores University in the UK, and currently teaches in the Department of Philosophy, Metropolitan State University of Denver.
