Knott, Merelee

Merelee Knott started writing before she knew the abc's. She couldn't wait for school, to learn how to write down her stories. By high school she was winning prizes for her short stories. By now, she has written 3 novels (and most of a 4th), and already has readers begging for a sequel to The Magic of Jhas. You'll find horses in all her novels, since she's a long-time fan of horses, riding shows, and horse pictures. She's worked at stables from Ohio to Colorado, and gone riding in dozens of states, including Washington state and beaches in Texas and Mexico.
