Knipf-Komlosi, Elisabeth

Elisabeth Knipf-Komlosi is professor and chair of German linguistics at the Institute of German Studies at the Lorand Eotvos University Budapest (Hungary). Her research interests include word formation, socio-linguistics, language varieties, and language islands. She is the chair of the language island section of the International Society for German Dialectology (IGDD).
