Author Elizabeth Knight is the owner and general manager of Celebrations! Presentations, Parties, and Creative Events, an event planning business. She has developed visual merchandising in retail stores and wholesale showrooms for Wedgwood, Waterford, Villeroy & Boch, Pfaltzgraff, and Lenox.
