Computers fascinate me, so I studied engineering. Music intrigues me, so I studied piano. Special effects and Silicon Valley are in my past. I became an author to examine the interplay of modern technology and the way people choose to use it. RATS, my debut novel, was inspired by the story of a boy injured by leftover war ordnance.
