Klimas, Tadas

Tadas Klimas has been chief legal counsel to the Speaker of the Lithuanian Parliament, law school dean, and has taught law in an American law school (as well as in Lithuania and Brazil). He is an awardee of the NIMA (National Intelligence Medal of Achievement), at the time perhaps the highest American intelligence award, awarded in a ceremony officiated by Robert Gates. Klimas is also a member of the Lithuanian Order of Merit, Knight's Cross, granted by decree of the President of Lithuania. His other publications include Comparative Contract Law (Carolina Academic Press).
