Lucas Kitchen, the son of a locally known painter, was around the arts from a young age. He grew up in the piney woods of East Texas and played an active role in the music scene up through his college years. Through a number of different avenues, Lucas found different ways to be involved in story telling. As a film writer/director, he has had a number of films play at film festivals across the country.
