Born in Hawaii and raised in Texas, Ben Reeder has been writing since high school. After he got out of the Air Force, he moved to Missouri and has lived there for more than twenty years, perfecting a set of skills that are better suited to almost any other time but now. A history buff and an avid fan of science fiction and urban fantasy, he also reads the occasional steampunk novel when he thinks no one is looking.
