Kinnard, Jo

Jo Kinnard's primary area of expertise is instructional technology. She also holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy, an MS in Computer Science, and two other Masters degrees in different areas of Philosophy. Her background includes several years of teaching experience at various levels from K-12 through graduate school, as well as about nine years as an IT professional.
