Although Bill Kincaid spent over 35 years practicing law in Texas, he started out as a writer and journalist. He was sports editor and political editor for his high school paper, edited his university newspaper, and worked for several Texas newspapers before earning his doctor of jurisprudence degree from Texas Tech University's School of Law.
