Jin-Tae Kim is a Professor of the Department of Photonic Engineering at Chosun University, Gwangju, Korea. He has served as the chair of the division of atomic and molecular physics in the Korean Physical Society since 2014. He received BS and MS degrees in Physics from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 1984 and 1986, and a PhD degree from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA in 1995.
