Mr Kilmer has an undergraduate degree from Harding University and a Masters degree from Abilene Christian University. He has spent the past thirty years researching Americas moral values and has served as a minister in the churches of Christ. Dean has selfpublished Mastering the Word a study guide designed to help people memorize the major contents of the New Testament.
