Kilian, Wolfgang

Wolfgang Kilian is Professor Emeritus of Law at the Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. From 1983 until 2007 he was Director of the Institute of Legal Informatics, the oldest respective University Institute in Germany. Since 1969 he is engaged in theoretical and practical matters concerning Computers and Law, and his Habilitation Work in 1973 was titled Legal Decisionmaking and Electronic Data Processing.
