Kiani, Cyrus

Iranian-American Cyrus Kiani moved to the United States in 1976. He returned to Iran after studying architecture at Miami-Dade College, hoping to see a country transformed by revolution but coming back to America again, disappointed. Kiani, while attending film production school in Dallas, produced five documentaries about Iran and the Middle East that were shown on Iranian satellite TV channels. "Torn Between the Conflicts" is his first book written in English.
