Dr Khublall holds three professional qualifications and three UK university degrees of high standing, including a higher doctorate degree (DSc). He is both a barrister and a chartered surveyor. He has had a varied career over 50 years in farming, deputy chief valuation officer of Guyana, senior lecturer in Hong Kong, university professor and a sitting member of a judicial tribunal in Singapore, and law practice in England.
