Khare, Brij Behari

The author, Dr. Brij Behari Khare, received his baccalaureate degree from Agra University, India in 1953. He completed his post-graduate degree in journalism at Hislop College and worked in the Jamunapar rural development program of Allahabad Agricultural Institute and the Indian Cooperative Union's Mehrauli refugee rehabilitation venture. He left India for Toronto, Canada, where he earned his master's degree in 1959.
