Dr Urfan Khaliq is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Cardiff University, where he teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate level on a number of courses including Human Rights Law, Public International Law and EU Law. He has given numerous guest lectures and conference papers in the United Kingdom and in a number of other countries. He has practised in Pakistan as an Advocate specialising in defending street children in conflict with the law.
