Kerr, Milton

Kerr is the editor and publisher of Fighting Chance and Love's Chance magazines. He has been a published writer and musician for over 30 years. He was involved in the fine arts field of the central Massachusetts area for 25 years. He is a playwright, poet, musician, and novelist.
