Kelly, Russell Earl

Kelly received a B.A. in Theology and served churches in Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Dakota before leaving the full-time ministry in the early 1980s. Although legally blind since 1988, he has never stopped a rigid schedule of Bible study and preaching. In August 2000 Russell fulfilled a life-long desire by receiving a Ph.D. in Religion at Covington Theological Seminary in Rossville, Georgia.
